Once a decision in principle (DIP) or agreement in principle (AIP) is obtained from a lender a processing fee of £199* is required in addition to the lenders valuation fee: It is payable on application and is non-refundable (remember this together with any broking/consultancy/packaging fee must be clearly disclosed in the KFI/ESIS).

If your client's credit or debit card declines, an administration charge of £25 will apply to retake the funds. Our actual fees are available here. The lender's decision is always final and is based upon receipt of a completed application form or Decision in Principle form and supporting documents.
